Refund & Returns Policy

At Key Access Services, we are committed to providing the highest quality service to ensure your relocation to Amsterdam is as smooth as possible. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or modify our services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
#### 1. Deposit and Non-Refundable Fee
– **Non-Refundable Deposit:** A deposit of €100 is required at the time of booking our services. This amount is non-refundable and is used to cover transportation costs associated with accommodation visits and other logistical expenses. Whether or not an accommodation is successfully found, this deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
#### 2. Service Cancellation
– **Cancellation by the Client:** If you wish to cancel our services, you must notify us as soon as possible.
– **More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Service:** If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled service, you will receive a refund of the remaining €250, after deducting the non-refundable deposit of €100.
– **Within 7 Days of Scheduled Service:** If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled service, you will be refunded 50% of the remaining amount after deducting the non-refundable deposit of €100, resulting in a refund of €125.
– **Cancellation by Key Access Services:** In the unlikely event that Key Access Services needs to cancel the service, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid, including the €100 deposit.
#### 3. Modifications to the Service
– **Request for Additional Services:** If you require additional services, such as more than four accommodation visits, a custom pricing plan will be created. These additional services will be invoiced separately, and payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of request.
– **Changes to Scheduled Services:** If you need to reschedule any part of the service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
#### 4. Refund Processing
– **Refund Timeframe:** Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
– **Refund Method:** Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
